Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
